I've been there too. I’ve led a successful company, been promote many times and still felt numb. I’ve experienced that inner restlessness that no achievement, purchase, or vacation could resolve. I’ve tied my self-worth too closely to career performance, went through the pain of heartbreak. I struggled to hear the voice of my intuition and put on a mask too many times.

 

These moments feel difficult and they do so because they want you to hear the call for change. And within them lies the opportunity for growth and transformation. My name is Dominik and my program is designed to support you to answer this call. Together, we can navigate this path toward mindful leadership and a more fulfilling life.

I’ve experienced that inner restlessness that no achievement, purchase, or vacation could resolve. I’ve tied my self-worth too closely to career performance, went through the pain of heartbreak. I struggled to hear the voice of my intuition and put on a mask too many times.

About Dominik - A mindful leadership journey

From hustle to leading from within

I know the pressure of chasing success, the stress of high-stakes leadership, and the burnout that follows. My journey – from a working-class underdog to leading digital businesses – was filled with breakthroughs, failures, and deep transformation. After experiencing the toll of toxic environments and personal burnout, I turned inward, embracing mindfulness, meditation, and conscious leadership. Now, I help founders, executives, and emerging leaders navigate uncertainty, develop emotional intelligence, and lead with clarity and purpose. True leadership starts within – and I’m here to support those ready to step into a more mindful, impactful way of leading.

We will focus on three interconnected layers of leadership: self, others, and environment. Everything starts within. You can only lead others effectively when you have cultivated the necessary qualities within yourself – this is a core principle of mindful leadership. For example, if you are highly reactive and easily carried away by emotions, it will be challenging to resolve the conflicts within your team or foster a no-drama culture in your organization. For this you need to develop calmness and emotional awareness within yourself first.

A fundamental building block of our work will be building your personal self practice - a dedicated and regular time to get to know your inner landscape (thoughts, emotions, etc.), explore ways to regulate and create more spaciousness and resilience. This might take the form of meditation, breathwork, movement, or simply a few moments of silent reflection or a walk in nature. The next step is to integrate mindfulness into your daily life, not as an extra task, but as an effortless habit. For instance, rather than scheduling a midday yoga class, mindful leadership could mean taking three deep breaths before responding to a triggering message.

Lastly, we will dive into different tools, tips, and leadership frameworks for you to adapt and apply to your personal situation. Consider this the icing on the cake—proven strategies that I have successfully implemented in my own life, relationships, and leadership journey.

What can you expect from our collaboration?

Our work together will be a dynamic blend of coaching, training, and mentoring. On one hand, I will bring a process and questions for you to uncover your own answers and solutions. On the other, I will share practical tools, concepts, and practices that have inspired me on my own leadership journey, if and when relevant.
